- A checkout update caused a regression: compare the failing flow on staging and isolate the relevant change.
- A particular shipping or payment option fails: check the affected configuration and its integration code.
A declined card or payment-provider account restriction may require action by your gateway or customer. The scope will distinguish that from code or configuration SazM can fix.
Price and delivery
One agreed emergency fix costs $99, delivered within 48 hours of receiving the required access. The price covers the confirmed issue; a new gateway integration, redesign or larger rebuild receives a separate quote before work starts.
Founding Cohort clients can use the pay-after-proof intake: verify the agreed fix on staging before the fixed fee is invoiced. Direct upfront checkout is also available under the refund policy. These are two payment routes for the same scoped emergency service.
What you receive
- A written diagnosis of the agreed issue and the proposed change.
- A backup before work and an isolated staging check where supported.
- Verification of the affected checkout path using test facilities where available, without creating live customer charges for testing.
- A written delivery note covering what changed, what was checked and any remaining provider dependency.
