1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SazM handles personal information and related technical information when you visit sazm.in, submit a project inquiry, communicate with SazM, or use services made available through the SazM website. It should be read together with the SazM Terms of Service and any engagement-specific agreement that applies to your project.
2. Information You Provide
When you contact SazM or submit a project brief, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company or organization details, website, project requirements, technical constraints, budget or timing information, and other information you choose to include.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, access tokens, production credentials, or other highly sensitive secrets through a public project form. Where project work requires access to confidential systems or repositories, SazM handles that information under the applicable engagement and confidentiality terms.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the website, technical information may be processed as part of normal web delivery, security, diagnostics, and analytics. This can include IP-derived information, browser and device characteristics, requested URLs, referring pages, timestamps, approximate network information, and other request or runtime metadata.
SazM uses this information to operate the website, detect abuse and automated traffic, understand website usage, diagnose errors, measure performance, and improve the site and its services.
4. Analytics and Attribution
SazM uses first-party analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website traffic, content engagement, project-intake activity, navigation, and conversion paths. Analytics events may include page views, engagement, scroll depth, navigation or outbound-link interactions, content views, and project-inquiry events.
GA4 is configured with IP anonymization and with Google Signals and ad-personalization signals disabled. SazM's analytics code also filters internal, test, bot, and headless-browser traffic where applicable and removes common direct identifiers from event properties before events are mirrored to GA4.
Attribution information such as referring pages and UTM campaign parameters may be retained in browser session storage to connect a project inquiry with the page or campaign that led to it. This attribution data is used for measurement and service improvement, not to create a commercial advertising profile.
5. Cookies and Browser Storage
The website may use cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage for functions such as internal/test traffic filtering, visit state, attribution, and analytics operation. These mechanisms are not used by SazM to sell personal information or to create cross-site advertising profiles.
Your browser controls whether these storage mechanisms are accepted. Restricting them may affect some analytics or site functionality but does not prevent you from contacting SazM through available channels.
6. Project Inquiries and Communications
Information submitted through a project inquiry is used to understand your requirements, determine whether SazM can assist, respond to you, prepare written scope or technical next steps, and administer a potential or existing engagement.
SazM may retain business correspondence and project records for legitimate operational, contractual, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping purposes. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the relationship with SazM.
7. Client and Project Data
During an engagement, SazM may process information contained in client-provided repositories, documents, datasets, credentials, systems, or other materials when that processing is necessary to perform the agreed services.
Client materials are handled for the purposes of the engagement and subject to the applicable contract, confidentiality obligations, security requirements, and project instructions. SazM does not use client confidential information for unrelated commercial purposes.
8. AI-Assisted Engineering
SazM uses AI-assisted engineering workflows as part of software analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, research, and automation. Where client or project information is processed by an AI or other third-party service, that processing is governed by the applicable service configuration and engagement terms.
SazM applies project and security boundaries appropriate to the work and does not intentionally submit passwords, private keys, or other unnecessary secrets to AI services. Client-specific restrictions on AI processing take precedence where they are agreed in writing.
9. Infrastructure and Service Providers
SazM operates its website and supporting infrastructure using third-party infrastructure and software services, which may include Cloudflare and other providers required for hosting, networking, security, analytics, communications, development, payments, or project delivery.
These providers may process information on SazM's behalf or as independent service providers according to their own terms and privacy policies. SazM shares information with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide services, process a transaction, secure the platform, communicate with you, or fulfill an engagement.
10. External Resources and Links
The website may load resources from third parties, such as web fonts, and may link to external websites, repositories, social platforms, or other services. External services operate under their own policies. SazM does not control the privacy practices of third-party sites after you leave sazm.in.
11. Payments
If SazM offers paid services or products through a payment provider, payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider rather than being stored as full payment-card information by SazM unless explicitly stated at the point of collection.
Transaction records may be retained as necessary for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
12. How Information Is Shared
SazM does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
- operate hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, security, payment, or other required services;
- perform a client engagement or fulfill a transaction;
- protect the website, users, clients, or SazM against fraud, abuse, security threats, or unauthorized activity;

- protect or enforce SazM's legal rights, contracts, or property.
13. Data Retention
SazM retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, business records, security, analytics, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Analytics records may be subject to automated pruning according to the current system configuration.
When information is no longer required, SazM may delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise de-identify it, subject to technical limitations and legal or contractual retention requirements.

SazM uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information handled, including access controls, environment separation, rate limiting, traffic filtering, secret management, and security-focused engineering practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. International Processing
SazM and its infrastructure or service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards for such processing will be used.
16. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other forms of control over processing.
You may contact SazM to ask about information associated with your communications or project relationship. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, security requirements, and reasonable identity verification where necessary.
17. Children's Privacy
SazM's services are intended for businesses, professionals, and other users capable of entering into a contractual relationship. SazM does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.
18. Changes to This Policy
SazM may update this Privacy Policy when its services, technology, data practices, or legal obligations change. The current version published on this page controls for website activity after its effective date. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown at the top of the policy.
