Senior help for the work between launches
SazM works with web agencies that need hands-on WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP support. You work directly with Saravana Bhava, with 20+ years in production (since Oct 2006). Communication stays in writing, so briefs and reviews can move across time zones.
Send your agency brief for a written reply within 24 hours.
What you can hand over
- WordPress errors and update regressions: identify the cause, prepare a targeted change and check the affected pages.
- WooCommerce checkout issues: investigate checkout errors, payment integrations, order status and webhook handling.
- Custom PHP and integrations: work on existing plugins, themes, API connections and legacy code.
- Delivery backlog: scoped features, responsive UI fixes and performance work, one active task at a time.
You keep your client relationship. Agree repository access, staging access, acceptance criteria and any confidentiality requirements in writing before work starts. No subcontractors are given access to your project.
Start with one defined task
A single agreed emergency fix is $99. The scope and required access are confirmed before work begins. Fixed-price fixes are delivered within 48 hours of receiving access. Larger features and migrations receive a separate written quote.
For an ongoing backlog, the monthly development plan is $999/month: one active task at a time, with 24–48h delivery per task once work starts. Capacity is confirmed before onboarding.
How the handover works
- Send a written brief: the site or repository, the problem, what a successful result looks like and the deadline. Share credentials only through the agreed secure access process.
- Confirm the scope: receive the proposed fix, fixed price and delivery window before committing.
- Review the work: get a pull request or staging change where the project supports it, plus a written explanation and verification notes.
- Approve release: review the agreed acceptance criteria before changes reach the live site.
Client recovery experience
In February 2026, Pete Furlong's website was restored after an outage. His feedback specifically praised the restoration and the clarity of the explanation. Read the client feedback and project context.
Questions agencies ask
Can we work together across time zones?
Yes. Briefs, progress updates and reviews happen in writing. This is a fit for agencies that can define acceptance criteria asynchronously; it does not include an on-call shift or standing meetings.
Who does the work and who owns the code?
Saravana does the work directly. Paid deliverables belong to you under the terms, with code delivered into your repository or installed on the agreed site.
Can we try one task before choosing a monthly plan?
Yes. Start with a fixed-price task, or send a brief for a fixed quote. A monthly plan is available when you have an ongoing queue.
