Edge & Billing Internal System Demonstration · SazM Platform

Edge Subscription & Checkout Engine

The billing and checkout system behind sazm.in: two payment gateways, country-based pricing and subscription webhooks, running on Cloudflare's edge. You can inspect it live on this site.

The Challenge

Visitors pay in their own currency through the payment gateway for their region. Each visitor must see only their own prices and checkout, with nothing from the other region leaking into the page.

The Architecture

A Cloudflare Worker reads the visitor's country at the edge and rewrites the page to the matching currency and gateway. Webhooks are verified (each gateway's own signature check) and processed idempotently into a D1 SQLite database.

Task-to-Pull-Request Delivery Pipeline

The delivery pipeline SazM clients use: a task queued in the client portal becomes a pull request in the client's repository, with a staging preview link, without status meetings.

The Challenge

Clients need to review working software within 24–48 hours without pulling Git branches or running a local environment, and without status calls.

The Architecture

A Linear webhook hands the top task to a GitHub Actions workflow, where an AI coding agent drafts the change and opens a pull request. Staging previews are served at preview-[id].sazm.in, and Telegram and email alerts track each step.
