We currently offer shipping across India. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand to international markets in the future, and we will notify customers when this service becomes available.
All orders are typically processed within 5-15 business days from the time they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors like public holidays or unforeseen delays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
We use reliable third-party delivery services to ensure that your orders reach you safely. Our shipping partners include:

- Xpressbees
- Other local courier services
We aim to provide you with the most efficient shipping methods, and we choose the best courier based on your location and the size of your order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹300 within India.
- Standard Shipping: Charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold, and the exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping: We offer express delivery options for faster shipping. Additional fees may apply for express shipping.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
- Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5-15 business days from the shipping date.
- Express Delivery: Typically takes 3-10 business days from the shipping date.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on SazM and visiting the “Order History” section.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable by certain couriers. In these cases, we will inform you before shipping and discuss alternative options if available.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the package, we may attempt redelivery or contact you to confirm shipping details. If the order remains undeliverable after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions.
Please ensure that you provide accurate address information at checkout. SazM is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we understand that rare cases of damage or loss can occur during transit. If your order is lost, damaged, or there is an issue with the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, issue a replacement or provide a solution.
Please provide photographs of damaged goods and packaging to help us expedite the claims process.
If you wish to modify your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at mail@sazm.in. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. However, we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Currently, SazM does not offer international shipping. However, should we expand our shipping capabilities to other countries, any customs, duties, or taxes levied by the destination country would be the responsibility of the customer.
