At SazM, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of our business, we follow a No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds policy. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
We do not accept returns for any products purchased on SazM, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, electronics, or other items, once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
We do not allow exchanges of products purchased from SazM. Please ensure that you select your items carefully before confirming your order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us prior to placing an order.
We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once your order has been processed, paid for, and shipped, it cannot be refunded. We recommend reviewing all details (including product specifications, sizes, and colors) before completing your purchase.
While we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, there are certain exceptions where we may make allowances. These include, but are not limited to:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at mail@sazm.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for an investigation and, where applicable, provide a replacement or store credit based on the issue.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If we have sent you an incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support team at mail@sazm.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will address the issue and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue store credit.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please note that any exception is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request based on the circumstances.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation. Please send us a clear photograph of the damaged product along with your order number to mail@sazm.in within 24 hours of receiving the item for review.
Once approved, we will process your refund within 15 days through the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a return or replacement, the cost of return shipping or reshipping the replacement may be your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
To qualify for a return or replacement due to defects, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or tampered with.
